Description :

        PBW580S is automatic wire o binding machine which now be popular used in notebook and calendar factory , to be used for wire o book ,double wire calendar perforate and wire closing .

      PBW580S machine include three function, wire o binding function, paper hole punching function and conveyor auto feed function .Total 3 actions,notebook feeder,punch,then push finger catch punched notebook to wire o binding part,then close wire o,final be deliver to conveyor. Or calendar feeder,punch,then push finger catched calendar to wire bind part,then drop hanger,final be deliver to conveyor.

Notebook :Auto feed → Punching → Hanger → Closing → Delivery Conveyor

Calendar: Auto conveyor feed or manual feed → Punching → Closing → Delivery Conveyor

1 .Wire o calendar 

Machine is popular used in calendar season for oveseas customer ,big calendar could be feeding directly in punching part  .If small calendar (non binding side<420mm)

Could be feeding in conveyor .

2 . Desk calendar

Desk calendar also could be punch direclty with cover and paper in punch part for 2 or 3 times ,speed about 1400 calendars / hour .

3.Notebook 

Machine design mainly for notebook factory as the market of notebook is big ,also compare calendar ,notebook punching and binding more complex and difficult .

But is easy handle by PBW580S machine , even A7 size ,cover bigger than inner paper ,all no problem .
